These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://greatbeerdeservesgreatfood.com and any purchase of products or subscriptions from GREAT ACHILLES HOLDING LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

3. Subscription Service

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly (currently $6.99/month) and annual (currently $79.99/year) membership plans. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to subscribers.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your first charge occurs on day 31 unless you cancel before that date.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing info@greatbeerdeservesgreatfood.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

4. Physical Product Orders

All product orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon payment in full.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site -- including recipes, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and software -- is the property of GREAT ACHILLES HOLDING LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use for home cooking is expressly permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREAT ACHILLES HOLDING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New York. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
