Refund Policy

1. Membership Subscriptions
1.1 Free Trial
All subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge whatsoever.
1.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are charged for your first billing period and decide that a Great Beer Kitchen membership is not right for you, contact us at info@greatbeerdeservesgreatfood.com within 30 days of that first charge and we will issue a complete refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription charge only, not to subsequent renewal charges.
1.3 Subsequent Billing Periods
After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Return Window
You may return any physical product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging.
2.2 How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@greatbeerdeservesgreatfood.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will provide a return shipping address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
2.3 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery; items returned more than 30 days after receipt; digital content or recipe downloads (membership access); and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@greatbeerdeservesgreatfood.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
