Overnight Oats with Chia
Prep the night before and wake up to a thick, creamy oat and chia seed breakfast, topped with whatever fruit the season offers.

Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 300ml oat or almond milk
- 150g natural or coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Seasonal fruit (mango, berries, banana)
- Toasted coconut flakes and granola
Method
- Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a jar or container.
- Stir well and seal. Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
- In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk to reach desired consistency.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola, and coconut flakes. Serve cold.
