Hop-Infused Lemonade
Real-squeeze lemonade infused with whole hops flowers for a floral, slightly bitter edge that makes it the most refreshing drink of the summer.

Ingredients
- 200ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
- 150g caster sugar
- 15g whole dried hops flowers
- 600ml cold water
- Ice and lemon slices
- Fresh mint to garnish
Method
- Make hop syrup: bring 200ml water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, add hops, steep 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Combine lemon juice with cooled hop syrup.
- Top up with cold water and taste, adjusting sweetness.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
