Description
Four sides, four jobs: coarse grating for cheese and vegetables, fine grating for Parmesan and chocolate, slicing for cucumber and fennel, and zesting for citrus. The wide handle on top is comfortable to hold and incorporates a rubber grip. The non-slip rubber base keeps the grater firmly in place on any surface. At a 28cm working height it gives you proper leverage on a standard cutting board. Use it for the Parmesan in carbonara, the zest in lemon posset, and the carrot in carrot cake.
