Description
The half sheet pan is the single most-used item in a professional kitchen. These two 46 x 33cm pans are made from 1mm thick commercial aluminium that heats instantly and evenly without warping at high temperatures. The rolled-edge reinforcement prevents bending even under the weight of a full roast. Use them for roasting vegetables for our Quinoa Salad, baking the blind pastry cases for all our tarts, crisping profiteroles, and roasting the chicken pieces for our tikka masala. Includes two sheets of natural parchment.
